Is this a coworking space with day passes?

No. There are no memberships and no day passes. The building is ten private offices with doors that lock, plus a shared kitchenette, a conference room, and a printer. The only people inside are the ten businesses that office here.

What does the founding rate mean?

Apply before September 15 and, if approved, your monthly rate is locked at the founding price for your first 12 months. After September 15 the listed rates go up and stay up.

When can I move in?

The renovation is underway and we are targeting early December. Founding tenants pick their office in the order applications are approved.

Is anything built yet?

The building is real and the renovation is in progress. The room photos on this page are concept renderings of the finished build-out, sized to the real rooms. That is also why founding rates exist: early tenants take a little uncertainty and get a locked price for it.

What happens after I apply?

You get a confirmation email right away and a phone call within 1 business day. If it is a fit, you go on the founding list for your office and we keep you posted as construction wraps. Applying costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
