Who we are
White Mountain Coworking Spaces rents private offices in North Conway, New Hampshire. You can reach us about anything in this policy at cole@medmatrixusa.com.
What we collect
When you submit the application form we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number, the kind of work you do, your team size, which office you are interested in, and your move-in timing. We also record the page address you applied from, which tells us which ad brought you here.
What we use it for
One thing: contacting you about your application and your office. We do not sell your information and we do not add you to unrelated mailing lists.
Where it lives
Applications are stored in our Google Workspace account with access limited to the people reviewing applications. Confirmation emails are sent through the same account.
Advertising cookies
This site uses the Meta (Facebook) pixel so we can tell whether our ads are working. The pixel sets cookies and reports standard events, like a page view or a submitted application, to Meta. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook and Instagram ad settings, and your browser can block third-party cookies entirely. The site works fine either way.
Your choices
Want your application deleted, or a copy of what we have? Email cole@medmatrixusa.com and it will be handled within 30 days. This site is for businesses and is not directed at children.
